Quality Assurance
At CaresWorth Enterprises Ltd., every instrument and piece of equipment is carefully inspected for quality assurance and damage before shipping.
We make every effort to ensure you receive products in perfect condition. However, if you experience any issue, we are here to help through our return or exchange process below.
Returns
As a first step, please send an email request to info@cares-worth.com, within 30 days of delivery for an unopened & unused items in original packaging. Please tell us why you are returning our product, so that we can continue to improve our service.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please email us at info@cares-worth.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions before sending any item back.
Items that are opened, used, or not in resalable condition may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges and Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at info@cares-worth.com with your order details.
If the exchange or replacement is not due to a product quality or warranty issue, all shipping costs (for return and reshipment) will be the customer’s responsibility.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
